"McDonalds Charging Blacks Extra $1.50 per Transaction is FAKE"...

I was so disappointed in McDonalds when I saw the flyer below. But, I began to investigate and found the flyer is fake. It was created in 2008 by Whitepowerpranks.net which is no longer active.

The flyers were made to look authentic correspondence from McDonalds, and stated that due to a string of robberies, African American customers are now required to pay an additional fee of $1.50 per transaction. Van Nuys police opened an investigation of fliers but it never lead to any arrests and was investigated as a hate crime.
